He was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, efficient and consistently kept me updated with the progress of the work done. The car was repaired magnificently well and ahead of the original schedule. We could not have been more pleased and satisfied with everything involved with the repair. Thank you very much and I will write a letter to USAA telling them of your good service.

From the service to the front desk to being contacted with updates to the final delivery and my car looking absolutely amazing. If I could rate from 1 to 10 I would give Caliber Collision a 15! Well I hope to never have to be in a situation to have to get my car repaired again I would definitely go back to Caliber Collision with absolutely no hesitation!
