2 Star : Likely to Recommend The mechanic that Caliber works with is very poor. I didn't have to deal with them directly until my transmission needed to be replaced after body work was done. Family Auto Clinic has poor customer service and is slow. They are not very clear or detailed and promised my vehicle almost a week ago and I still haven't heard anything.
