0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I had to go back to get two things fixed that should have been done the first time. 0.5 Star : Customer Service After coming home from the shop, I opened the rear of my car to find a small pile of parts. Apparently these had not been put back. After making a second trip to the shop and getting these parts put back, I noticed a panel that was not put back properly. This part also had to be put back properly. I expected my car to be done properly, and it clearly wasn't.
