0 Star : My Experience It took longer than expected to get my car repaired. First, I had been told it would be done for Monday 1/6--I went to San Carlos for nothing that Monday afternoon. Then, I was told it was ready for pick up on Tuesday 1/7 at 5-5:30 p.m.--I couldn't come at those time, unfortunately. I live in SF and a coworker was giving me a ride. 5 Star : My Experience The rep (Max) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was fixing up the interior of my 1999 truck, so there was no body work. He found the right parts, color matched to my older truck, and the installer was very quick. Excellent job!
