The estimates are off, timing is off, hopefully quality will be there but is tbd. #USAA should evaluate if this is really an organization they want to partner with as they tie their reputation to them with referrals. In my opinion they know they have your car and there’s nothing you can do regarding timelines or incorrect info. This is my worst experience with any automotive service center.
