Super friendly people behind the desks and technicians. They did a fantastic job repairing my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a major accident, it looks like it's brand new. Thank you Danzi family!
Awesome service fast and reliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The best place ever!!! I would not trust other places with my vintage Ford Pinto and Gremlin! Thank you so much!
You kick someone out with a visible injury in this weather when you know that their meds are locked in a car inside your facility where's the professionalism?
Suburban did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It looks great! The staff are friendly and personable. I have used their services for years and am always pleased with the final results! Karen Park
I brought in my recently paid off car that had damage from over the years on every major part. I was considering getting rid of my vehicle before I talked to the team at Suburban. I was not filing and insurance claim, and the team found a solution that fit my budget. They were professional from consultation to pick up, got me a great rental and even when there were was more damage that could not be seen because it was hidden, they explained everything and had great communication. This establishment does excellent work and the staff is friendly while remaining professional. They repaired my vehicle and had me back on the road so quickly! I couldn't have been more pleased after having my car hit. Thank you. The car looked brand new when it was returned to me.
The service at Suburban is always top notch. They take care of the insurance and the car rental. They even drove me over to work! Unfortunately, I've had my car here several times (my husband wants them to put rubber bumper guards on the car----even Jeff Danzi is tired of seeing me there---he's thinking about doing it). Every time I am in, I get the same great service. THANKS!!
The Experts at Suburban really know what they are doing. We weren't sure who to use when the car was damaged the first time, We looked around all over the county for a reputable place. After a while, We decided to try suburban, due only to their proximity to our home. I'll never go to another repair shop again, The professional courteous staff were able to answer all of our questions, and the vehicle came out of the shop looking brand new. Thank you Suburban Collision Specialists for making a bad experience into a good one!!
