Great customer service and quick & quality work
I needed repairs to my car (a 2015 Subaru Outback) after being rear ended. I read countless reviews and looked at a dozen websites, and I settled on Caliber Collision - particularly the Onion Creek location. I'll be honest I was a little wary at first. The party at fault in the accident's insurance company was paying for the repairs and I wasn't terribly excited about working with that particular insurance company. However Colby, our rep at Caliber, was absolutely amazing from the moment we showed up until he handed us back the keys. The work was great but Colby was what made the experience exceptional. Caliber Collision performed body trim repair on my EV6 and the experience was 'top notch' from beginning to end. I highly recommend this location. My insurance company initially suggested another location on Menchaca Rd that was not nearly as well maintained and organized nor did they handle EVs. Very glad I was transferred to Onion Creek location. Colby was my Advisor and he provided excellent service!!
