Short version: When fixing the trunk of my car, Caliber damaged my fuel door actuator and tried to fix it with scotch tape. SCOTCH TAPE. The tape was keeping the actuator from locking and unlocking my fuel door correctly. While they fixed the body damage on my trunk, their poor service cost me $700 in repairs. Go elsewhere. Called to schedule a small insurance claim repair. I wanted to use this location because of previous business I’ve done here, but unfortunately didn’t feel like my business was wanted as I was given weird statements one being “we are specialized for BMW and Volkswagen so our rates are higher” none of the past vehicles taken there fit that description and we had no problem getting them scheduled. After the reluctance to find an opening for me I got the hint and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.
Have taken my BMW to this certified repair shop a couple of times and am always satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism!
