Wonderful Service!! Carmen! was the best
RecommendedBrian and his team at Caliber Collision went above and beyond for me. The bumper cover that size ordered online came with a huge crease in it from the packaging. Instead of making me deal with returning it and ordering another, Brian’s crew took a heat gun and straightened it out! My daughters car looks great. Count on this company to make you happy! Brian Roth at Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing some body damage done to our son’s Volkswagen. Brian went above and beyond to help us out with excellent work, honest service, and absolute integrity. This is our first experience with Caliber, but we will definitely return if the need arises. I had a great experience with the Rockwall location. They were fast, courteous and the cost was less than I expected. Considering it wasn’t an insurance claim, I was extra happy. I highly recommend them.
I found Caliber Collision to be very professional and efficient. They know their business and handled my repairs promptly. It was helpful to have a rental car agent in their facility. They took care of a few things as a “courtesy “ - and it was appreciated! Hope I don’t need to come back soon - but if I do, I’ll use Caliber Collision!
Needs to improve customer service when someone asks for an estimate for repairs and just provide an estimate instead of having an attitude. Lost a potential customer today.
