DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They took 4 months to repair my Volvo! All I got were excuses and deflected blame. Not once did they apologize for the delay or did they offer to help us out in any way. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First they blamed our insurance saying they didn’t get back to them in a month (but they couldn’t tell me how often they tried to contact them). Let me start with this: Ms. Kara works up front and is amazing, super friendly, and a very warm person overall. She is the ONLY good thing about this location on Metric. I took my car in on a Tuesday, it was driveable with damage to the front left corner from a minor accident. I was told by the man that did the walk around it should be a quick fix, just a couple of days, and I would get updates.
