Two years ago my car was hit by a semi-truck in San Antonio, resulting in some pretty substantial damage to the left side and back of my SUV. Caliber Collision in Boerne took care of the repair. Recently my electrical wiring was causing brake light malfunction on that side and my car wouldn't pass inspection. So back to Caliber we went -- but to the McKinney location this time, since we live here now-- keeping our fingers crossed that they would honor their life-time warranty on work. Such great service - very prompt and an amazing team. I came to get help after my child decided my van needed a new paint job. 😳 I thought I'd have to get my entire car repainted. They were able to take care and get the paint off for me. I never would have thought of that being an option! I would highly recommend this place.

They refused to give me an estimate on my truck unless I filed a claim with my insurance company first and had the claim assigned to them. What if I don't want to use insurance? What if I want to get a couple different estimates before I decide who to use and if I just want to pay out of pocket? I'll take my business elsewhere. In times like this you'd think that businesses would welcome new work. Apparently that's not the case here.
Love the service here! I will definitely come back & recommend it to anyone! When they worked on my car they kept me notified and they even gave me my car back a day before they said it would be ready! 😁
