If I could leave a ZERO STAR REVIEW, I would. I was in an accident (with my only vehicle) and my car was taken to Caliber Collision on 34th St. The front desk team was very kind and understanding and helpful, they even gave us the card for direct contact to the General Manager, Tony on that first interaction. We did a walkthrough of the car with one of the maintenance team and examined the car - with no mentions of any repair concerns from them. Sadly, it all went EXTERMELY down hill from there. Had a few dents in passenger door due to vandalism. Made an appointment and dropped off car at appointment time. Anna and Gail were great. I needed the car back in 3 days due to medical appointments. Car was returned on time and seems to be fine. Returned clean; never expected that.
