Exceptional customer service. Matt Hurtado was my advisor and he was on it! He was very friendly and he kept me Informed on the progress of my car with text messages and phone calls and got my car finished about a week ahead of schedule. He also went out of his way to get my windshield wiper reservoir to stop leaking. This was a great experience all in all I would definitely go them again if my car needed collision service.
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in HB. The process was seamless and the work done on my truck was great. Matt was extremely helpful and diligent. He was able to get my car back to me early so I could go on my road trip. Very professional spot l, I definitely recommend.
