She gave me her honest opinion on whether I should go through insurance or the other party, and from the moment she provided an estimate, I knew she had my best interest in mind. I didn’t feel like she was trying to take my money like some auto body shops might in today’s world. She kept me updated every step of the way, and her communication from start to finish was exceptional. Caliber should be very thankful to have a professional and personable employee like her!
