Had a great experience with Caliber. I brought my car in to have a side mirror replaced. Trevor, our service agent, went above and beyond to help with a temporary solution while we wait for the part to arrive. I really appreciated that he and the other attendants were so eager and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Caliber for any future repair needs.
I wish I could give 10 stars to Caliber. Trevor, my service advisor and the Enrique, the technician, did an incredible job. Trevor communicated every step along the way. Enrique made my car look brand new. The team at the Mission Bay shop did everything right - from customer service to great repair.
Tony, Robert and Andy were super helpful. Professional and very competent!
