Trever Davidson from Calibar Collision went above and beyond! He was able to identify the rattle in my car immediately. He took extra time to go to the auto shop next door. He constantly keep me posted on my car status. He went to bat to make sure a new muffler was installed. He took the extra time to show me with pictures exactly what the problem was!! My car now runs smoothly!! He is an asset to Calibar Collision!!
I am writing this on behalf of my mother. Trevor at Mission Bay Caliber Collision was wonderfully helpful. He maintained good communication with me on behalf of my mother and good communication with her too. He provided transportation for my mother when it was time for her to pick up her car. He was a good listener during a stressful incident and friendly at all times.
I can’t speak for other Caliber collision, but don’t take your car here to this specific location. They will leave your car door open and drain all your battery. They will say any problem arise due to the accident is from the past and not the accident. I was hit in the front tire and this messed up the balance, alignment, and wheel bearing. They did nothing besides change the tire. Not even the hub cap that was completely destroyed. They are not honest and will take advantage of you. Especially their manager.
