Very Cheap company, they never do their job good, they charge you a lot. bad customer service.
Caliber Collision did not make all repairs related to the accident. They started avoiding my calls and telling me that if any other repairs need to be done related to the accident, then I need to pay upfront for the rental car and that they would reimburse later. What kind of a company is this? that take money from a customer who was involved in an accident for no fault of theirs. Both Farmers Insurance and Caliber collision is in cahoots on this accident. Not only was the work done on my car perfect...everyone I came in contact with was extremely kind and personable. They were also done three days early!
Had an accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision in Irvine. I needed my car fixed by the weekend but was scheduled for a 2 week repair. Luckily, the repair was complete in 5 days given the severity of the accident and I was back on the road for my trip. Overall a good experience.
