Terrible experience with Caliber Anaheim Hills. I had 2 repair orders, one covered by insurance and the other I was doing without insurance. I approved both, told them to do them together as I had a rental car to cover the time period. Well, after 17 days they phoned today and said the 1st order was done so come pick up your car. They said they had not started on my 2nd order since I didn't approve their quote. I told them what they quoted me ($3,200) and told them I clearly approved it. The work was great!
I mean, they were great. Called and they answered, my advisor was Jesus. I don’t have any issues and if I did, they fixed it right there and then. Something wasn’t connected and than took 5 minutes to plug it in. I had some side markers and they gave them to me new. (I did install and replace a fuse myself since it was burnt from the accident but I don’t think anyone would have noticed but me.
