Picked up my car from repairs; I stated the hood is off, but the shop communicated they didn’t touch the hood nor do they see where the alignment concern is off, yet my paperwork stated HOOD w/ NOTE: dented/buckled from impacted. Right side of hood, panel piece that is lifted and not aligned nor fletched out, but shop communicated, “they don’t see what I’m talking about.” Underneath grill, dented from whatever machinery or tools were used, but shop communicated, they don’t where they came from.
