I'm coming back here every time I need major body work. I cannot be happier with the service and I'm glad they were so patient with me. I was genuinely surprised that they didn't need to replace any part of the exterior, but reformed and painted it good as new. I had an issue when I picked it up and they resolved it in under an hour. Fantastic service.
The best post accident car return I’ve ever seen
I have brought my cars here for multiple visits over the years, and before that, I used Caliber off of Katella. I can say that the service is terrible. Jesus was my advisor, and while he was good in general, when I saw that there were still plastic push clips missing or damaged, he said that he'd get some to me. Never heard a thing from him afterwards. I know these are cheap, but I've worked in customer service for almost 40 yrs, and this is not customer service.
