They kept texting tomorrow then tomorrow. But in their defense they said the first bumper they ordered came damaged and they had to re-order. Over all I’m very satisfied! 5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience The repairs appear to be good. However, the person that completed the initial estimate spent very little time (a couple minutes at most) and snapped a few pictures with his phone of the exterior. He didn’t even lift the hood. The actual cost of the repairs was over 3 times the initial estimate. In addition, I had to call Collision for the initial estimate after a week as no one ever got back to me with it.
