Even though not all experiences were perfect, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the repairs completed looked good, and they are located all over the country. Any complaints I have are more about my insurance company. 4 Star : Repair Quality Overall satisfied with my HRV’s repairs. 5 Star : My Experience The entire Hollister office was welcoming and professional. The young lady assigned to assist me with my repairs was Sam. Sam is amazing! She kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the finished product and my car looks new again!
