0 Star : My Experience My vehicle had a front bumper replaced, and it was crooked, after taking it back to the shop to be straightened it was returned to me still crooked, service advisor stated he need to order more parts but it would have to oked by manager..i have paid my deductible in full but have no paperwork from shop to support additional repairs.
