4 Star : Likely to Recommend Again, polite, professional people. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service Caliber employees were polite and professional. Based on initial damage assessment, more parts were necessary for completion once vehicle was torn down. Delays resulted. Causing a ripple affect on rental fees as well as personal plans.
0 Star : My Experience As a returning customer, I was disappointed that from start to finish, it took longer than ever before. Even though you had the car ready for pickup a couple of days sooner than expected, it was too late. I needed my car on 9/12 because I had medical appointments on the 13th. However, the actual repairs were done well, and I always appreciate having the car cleaned. Thank you.
