However, during the process, the control panel on the driver’s side door was damaged. While the interior lever and the previously non-functional rear piece were fixed to compensate, the damage to the control panel was not addressed. For this last visit, after I took the auto to get the estimate, I was told they had no room right away to keep the vehicle, and that they would call me back in two days to set an appointment for drop off. I did not hear back for a whole week until I called the shop to follow up.
