5 Star : My Experience The whole process from beginning to end made everything so easy and seamless. The text updates and portal where I could check the status of the repair put my mind at peace. The communication and customer service were top tier. I was even pleasantly surprised that I could drop off my rental car with them to return for me. If I ever need a repair job done again in the future, I will absolutely come back to Caliber Collision!

0 Star : My Experience The repairs appear to be good. However, the person that completed the initial estimate spent very little time (a couple minutes at most) and snapped a few pictures with his phone of the exterior. He didn’t even lift the hood. The actual cost of the repairs was over 3 times the initial estimate. In addition, I had to call Collision for the initial estimate after a week as no one ever got back to me with it.
