The service was also great. The trim that attached to the panel that was removed is very lose and not like how it was when I brought it to caliber. We are glad to know the work is guaranteed. 2 Star : Customer Service The body shop repairs took 2 months to complete. The shop ordered non-Toyota parts even though our insurance contract states Toyota parts should be used. A body shop employee told us work had been done on the car that had not been done. 5 Star : My Experience It was a very long 7 month process but from what I was told it was a manufacturer delay. Other than that, the experience was good and all of the employees I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service The only reason I didn’t rate 10 was because there were a couple times when I was told someone would call me back but they never did.
