2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend While the technical work might be good, the timeliness and lack of good communication is a deterrent for me. I chose Caliber because it was Honda certified and this shop was local to West Sacramento, but not having a car for close to 6 weeks was a lot and the misinformation at times caused me and my family to change plans multiple times. 4 Star : Repair Quality Work looks good.
