0 Star : My Experience My vehicle was in a worse condition than when it arrived. It took over a month for them to replace 3 parts and then the left multiple parts loose. Not to mention the manger of the location said they don’t take responsibility for the work that they preformed and then hung up. I’m very concerned for my safety because the vehicle is not safe to drive and caliber forced me to pick the vehicle up.
5 Star : My Experience I think it was the best customer service I've ever had. Everyone there is very friendly. Drew is a top notch manager! When I brought my car in for an estimate he immediately took my car and vacuumed all the broken glass out of the inside and sealed up my broken window. I was very impressed! I was dreading that vacuuming job so it was much appreciated! Their estimate was way below the estimate I got from a very well-known shop In the area! I highly recommend this particular Caliber shop on Aztec Drive!
