Having said that, Bridgette was a bright spot and very helpful. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Bridgette was great. There was a little confusion when Oscar left for a week and then Jose covered. Clearly Jose was very busy. He agreed to update me on the status of my car twice but failed to do so. I had to call back and see what was up. 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
