But, for the few times I have worked with them, I have not had any issues. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was fine during the repair process. I understand the pressure of retrieving surveys. Pushing clients to take a survey and give all 10s shouldn't be the way to go. Should just be a natural process
