Caliber was very professional from doing the estimate to delivering my vehicle, the center Manager was very hands on and really cared about us. I would recommend them to all my friends.
This company lacks the value of other people's time. I'm confused as to why you "schedule" appointments to make someone not only wait for the person doing the estimate to even come out. But also telling them said estimate should only take about 15 minutes, instead keeping them for roughly 50 minutes without ANY communication to only see that the estimate includes ZERO new parts only paint and labor. To say this body shop is excellent is an understatement. My car was involved in minor mishap while in NC. We wanted to pay in cash to keep insurance from being involved. They gave us a detailed estimate including costs for possible unseen damage. They were professional and friendly, kept us updated and best of all completed the repairs in 2 days. Highly recommend.

I have had to use them tw different times and have been very blessed with them both times. They are friendly, caring and do a great job. Will not hesitate to use them again if I every need wrk done again.
