I had my car towed to Price's in Murfreesboro, TN 11/4/15 after an event with 2 Kamikaze deer that ran into my car. I was told when I first called that they would call me the car arrived on their lot. No call received. I went to the Price's Collision Center location to sign the authorization form and was told I would get a call within the next 2 days with the estimate for the repairs and when to expect it to be ready. Took my car in to have some hail damage repaired. They said it would take 3 days.. it took 5. I had to call them on day 4 to get the status of my car. Car went in with almost 1/2 tank of gas, got it back running on fumes. I look at the paperwork, and they drove almost 200 miles. I asked why and they told me that they take hail damage to a 3rd party who is in Nashville. I was NEVER informed of this.
