By far the best car mechanic I have been to. The service is transparent and reasonable. He is not the cheapest in town but you know he is not ripping you off.

Terrible experience – I took my Honda into Wilburn Auto Body for repair work as was recommended by several people and since they were a preferred service member through my insurance, I didn't think it would be an issue. It took well over a month to repair my automobile. They called me and told me that my car was ready and when I picked it up I noticed that my airbag warning light was on, and it had not been after the initial accident. Great service and staff – I have had my 2007 Scion in there twice and they did a superb job both times. The paint job was a perfect match, and the detail job they did was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. They did the work in a timely manner and called to let me know when it was finished. Even offered to stay late if I needed, since I work in Charlotte. I would reccommend them to friends and family.
