I absolutely do not recommend you bring your car here if you do not want to take multiple trips back to fix your car. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a terrible experience with them not doing their job correctly. To start, they said my car was done. And because I know how they do repairs I pressed on the bumper and a piece popped out. Replaced the parts with cheap materials, that lasted only couple of months. Save your time and money. Their warranty sucks. Don’t ever go here. They are not even worth one star.
I had my first dent in my car from some unknown event while I was out of my car shopping. My first phone conversation with Geico through meeting the staff at Abra.. every step was stress free and seamlessly done. The front desk were very friendly, Chet (csm) and Shaun (Geico damage adjuster) work well together to decide the best way to repair my car, and I got a rental car on the spot. The car was beautifully repaired in one day with the best intention for me and the car. Thank you Abra for a pleasant experience with you!!

Had an appointment for an estimate and arrived 10 minutes early. The gentleman who was supposed to do my estimate, Frank, was seeming to have some issues wrapping up with his prior customer. I overheard much of the talk and that he was taking the guy home/wherever. Apparently he either didn't know or just didn't care that he had another appointment. I have never been in an abolishment and been called a nigger. When an employee attempted to speak he was also called a nigger & fired! I was upset because of how i was treated, however the guy who took up for me was an employee for 8+ years he presented the issue to " HR" and was fired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!! THEY ARE RACIST AS HELL!
