The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained the process and any future issues that may result from the cracked glass repair. He made sure I understood the process, and the possible outcome of the treatment. The crack was about 2 inches straight from the initial impact. After treatment I could only see a tiny dot at the initial impact site. I am very satisfied with the job and the technician. My dog even liked him.
I called them up after buying a car with a broken window. They sent out a tech that wad cleaned up and finished within 24hrs of calling them. Definitely will use again.
