Scott was awesome when fixing my windshield and realized there was a more complicated issue, ordered the part, and fixed my car all so quickly. He even coordinated an uber and rental for as long as they had my car, cannot recommend this shop enough!

EDITED TO UPDATE: one of the managers reached out to get feedback on my experience and go over where they fell short. He assured me that they would be putting new protocols into place to make sure that what occurred with me won't happen again. They are planning to retrain and coach the staff who helped me so they can better serve the future customers. Edit: This review was meant for Caliber Collision in Highlands Ranch. Caliber is very professional. Every time I get my windshield replaced they take care of it in a timely manner with high quality work. I would recommend them, especially when window replacement requires sensor calibration.
