I had my windshield replaced by Caliber Glass as part of a repair with Caliber Collision. They did a poor job. My car was returned with a loose piece on the windshield and dirt was left on the doors and dashboard. Even if Caliber Collision recommends using them, don't fall for it. They are very expensive and you can probably get better pricing and service with Safelite. I tried calling customer service to discuss this but Laura would not put me through to speak with anyone.
