Worked with the shop to pick up our vehicle that had the front windshield replaced after business hours. In hindsight I wouldn’t recommend this but we had a funeral out of town that we needed to accommodate. When we picked up our vehicle there is noticeable damage to the A post- dirt, indents, scratching. Additionally, our windshield is not calibrated correctly causing distortion to the Heads Up Display. If I could give zero stars i would! No one should use this auto glass company! Back story, I have an older vehicle, it was extremely hard for me to find the piece of glass I needed. I was so happy when caliber said they had one piece of glass in their stock to fix my vehicle. The glass technician came out, as he was installing the glass he accidentally broke a piece off of my car. It's a piece that connects the glass to my vehicle. they are rasict and rude. they made me to repeat my self numerous of times which is ridiculous
Very professional and wonderful service! Absolutely pleased with their work, how well they inform you of when their arrival will be, friendly staff, etc.
