Lack of communication i had to call or text for updates. The rep finally texted me an hour before the store close to call to make an appointment and been on hold for 45 min and no answer tried texting the rep to see if she can help with an appointment no answer. This is just sad
I brought my car for repairs after a collision at a stop sign. The staff were very helpful, checking in with me regularly, and making sure that the parts they used were in the best condition. I am very happy to recommend them, and would definitely use them again in the future.
Just wanted to say thanks to Rick and the team at Caliber in South Minneapolis as they went above and beyond to help me with a minor repair. My wife and I have used this shop on several occasions in the past and the experiences have been excellent, professional, and consistent. This Caliber team takes care of their customers. I called and spoke to Eddy Villareal he was able to get me in and get the estimate asap. Then once it was approved by the insurance company get me right in and had the job done in 2 days. I was expecting min 1 week. Very pleased with the facility and Eddy. Thank you for the good service
I scheduled an appointment and when they they called to confirm they asked what tine next week i would like it done. I guess that means I scheduled an appointment to schedule an appointment.
