Excellent communication that started with the call center. They emailed my appointment date to me and told me the technician would call the morning of appointment to give a rough time frame of arrival. Technician called this morning and gave me the time frame and stated he would call when he was on his way. He gave me a heads up call and said he was on his way. Exceptional service! The entire staff was friendly, kind and my vehicle was repaired and returned in perfect condition.
I had a very good experience with Caliber auto glass. They are extremely professional, the customer service is excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond in my instance (a very long story). I would definitely recommend them -my tech, Victor, was very polite and helpful.
