Very fast service, tech was on time and finished quickly, no mess left behind. All in all I highly recomend Caliber for your automotive glass needs.
Top notch… had a miscommunication on the type of glass to put on my vehicle… they made it right. I’ll use them again.
The guy came and was done in an hour, asked him to use a little adhesive on the door after he was done replacing the window and was more than happy to do it! Highly recommend!
Very poor and terrible customer services. Waiting for weeks to get the issue resolved but they are playing come tomorrow game with me. 1. Very poor customer services. 2. The technician cut through a wire in my headliner, and rather than alerting me, they stuffed the wire back into the A pillar. They also failed to reconnect the wiper fluid nozzle after disassembling the windshield cowl. All this after bringing the wrong windshield to my appointment twice. This could not have gone worse - look for windshield replacement elsewhere! *Update* The “follow-up” from Caliber was a hollow gesture; I emailed the provided contact 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
