They went above and beyond helpful! They are the most friendly group of people at this shop! I would recommend them!
They scheduled and received payment for a replacement part they've never even ordered. There were no updates that they hadn't ordered it. When I attempted to cancel, all of a sudden, they could get the part right away, but now they can't service the car until later. It's pretty much a scam. Any call or text from the company comes from outside the state or the country. When I asked for a refund, they said they could get it that day. Terrible. Told me they would text me in the am regarding my time. Never got that. Waited half the day have had to call 2 times and nobody can get a hold of the service man or the manager. Still haven't heard anything.
Very fast and accurate paint job. I made a accusation about lug nuts coming off, and I was wrong. I am sorry that I accused Calliber of wrong doing.
