From scheduling, communication, and quality of work, this has been the worst experience with an auto company I've had. Originally informed me that I can go to one location but when it came to schedule, they switched me to go to Plymouth without any rationale. Many other things were annoyances but the worst of it all is that they left a CAN OF AEROSOL glass cleaner and rags inside my car! Not even an apology and multiple attempts to contact the GM Josh. I drove to work and realized that my car left sideway feel of. All I did was to walk into Caliber which is next door from where I work. Professional customer service agent welcomed me and asked me to wait for a few minutes and then, an Angel showed up, took my key and performed miracles without me paying a cent. I forgot his name but he’s the guy with the longest beautiful beard I highly recommend Caliber any day
