The tech Oscar was very thorough and everything came out great and on time. I had an oil change, coolant flush and front and rear brakes.
Whenever I have any issues I come here; it’s always my first choice. Mostly because as a woman I’m always worried about being screwed over or told misinformation, and I’ve never experienced that here. They take the time to walk me through everything that’s going on and always give me several options for me to choose, instead of them choosing the most expensive option for me. Timely. Respectful and easy to work with.
We are new to the area and went there on a recommendation from a friend for an emissions test. This location was very clean, very professional and they made the experience very positive. Even though it was a simple $18 emissions test, they did a thorough inspection of both of our vehicles and were very helpful. I even heard them offer a ride home to another customer. We will definitely be coming back to this location for oil changes, and tires in the future!
