Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of progress of my inspection and maintenance status through out the process. The technician was thorough and provided quality pictures. Overall grand experience.
I have used this shop when it was Caliber, for some significant and costly repairs. I have always been satisfied. There's just something about the Sun takeover that I don't care for. I've lost confidence. I also think they are inconsistent with communication. Sometimes I'm sent a report of findings, sometimes I'm texted, sometimes I'm called. It's all over the place. I'm not unhappy, but I think things have slipped a bit.
