Its been 1 year, lease renewed. Honestly I think I have the best view in Westminster. Was able to initially apply and move into my apartment the same day last year. The gym is more than adequate and has rarely more than 1 or 2 people at a time. Any maintenance issue Ive had has been corrected within a reasonable time. The trash collection every night is a bonus, although someone walked off with my garbage can once. I still dont understand that one. I would put some considerable thought into leasing here if you have other options. Management is not present and tends to have no idea what is going on at their property. Multiple cars were parked for over a year without moving (against regulations). When this was brought to the attention of management, they acted very surprised and said they were not aware of the cars. When I first moved into Caliber, I was so excited. The community seemed welcoming and the grounds were well-kept. However, after a few months of living there- I started to see what all the negative reviews on here were about. The management staff is TERRIBLE. They never answer their phones, take extended “lunch breaks,”and take weeks to respond to emails.
