When I first moved into Caliber, I was so excited. The community seemed welcoming and the grounds were well-kept. However, after a few months of living there- I started to see what all the negative reviews on here were about. The management staff is TERRIBLE. They never answer their phones, take extended “lunch breaks,”and take weeks to respond to emails. I'm a current resident and have been for 3 years. My wife and I just signed a lease somewhere else and here's why: first, the spaces themselves look nice and are spacious. A few years ago this was an enjoyable place to live. However, these past couple of years, they have failed to properly maintain any of their buildings.
