I have been living here for 2 years. They just started charging for guest parking $5.00. Like the rents aren't high enough already. When I asked to speak with the corporate office to complain about the fees I they hung up on by corporate and were incredibly rude. Who the hell charges $5.00 for guest parking when they are getting over 3500 for an apartment total greed.
