If I could do 0 stars I would! Horrible experience I literally left crying. I was sitting in the chair just soaking for an hour and a half, didn’t even get water offered, I was charged for a full pedicure and I got a 30 second scrub on each foot and a 1 minute foot massage. My nails were not even and gel was extremely thick. The man doing my pedicure was extremely rude and was running around, would finish one toe, go do something else and then come back. Super sweet staff! Got me right in, facility was very clean. Great experience overall!
I came in requesting a dip or powder on my natural nails with an ombré look. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was moved between two different seats only to wait even longer and eventually be skipped altogether. I spoke with three different employees, and after all the back and forth, I was told they could not provide the service I requested.
