CaliOne installed my system and it looked great, but wasnt working... and I kept calling over and over and told them the panels were not creating energy. Nobody believed me and each entity just kept blaming the other entity. Sales vs. City vs. Gas vs. Electric. They also installed the Generac, but it wasn't done properly either. Don’t believe a word these guys say!!! I paid $70k for a solar system to cover 100% of my monthly electric bill. I see no change in the bill! They promised I’d get a plug in the side of my house to plug in my generator and they didn’t install it. Now they won’t pick up my calls and I’m stuck with this loan to pay back and no recourse. Solar Avenue subcontracted the work to Cali-One Services. Jason and his team went above and beyond to deliver a quality service.. This walked my wife and myself through the process to make it as easy as possible..
They work as a team. Erin was wonderful in keeping things on track. Her husband Edgar came out when the panels had not arrived and was already preparing the roof for installation. They were quick and fast. Most of all they took ownership and made sure everything was working.
