Went with my partner and asked for a trim and gel polish. The lady working attempted multiple times to sell brow waxing and additional services, and her attitude turned sour when we refused multiple times. I asked to have my nails cut short, with a black polish base and colored tips. All tools and equipment were produced from a mysterious drawer and the file had white scuffs from previous customers. Been to a lot of salons and this is one of the only ones that my nails last week's and don't come off.
I worked in the mall for 17 years and have been going to Cali Nails on and off for ages. I've had a great experience every time and I think they are all really lovely people. I just got my first French tip this year back in early December and they were really lovely. Grew out very nice.. will be going back to get them redone.
My nails sure look beautiful. Great pedicure and manicure. I had 2 men work on me. They were meticulous and gentle. I will definitely be returning.
Just paid $100 for a manicure and pedicure. The woman convinced me to pay an extra $40 for Gel Polish(otherwise would have only been $50) she said it will last all summer. So I paid all this money to get the expensive polish so mine doesnst chip off right away. 3 days later its coming off already!!! And she CUT MY SKIN AND I BLED FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. NO DISCOUNT.
