The shop was dirty, my chair had a big hole in the back. The ledge to get to the chair was very small, surprised there have been no accidents. Two of the staff members had terrible coughs, they did have masks on, but they were slipping down off faces. Had a gift certificate and when it came time to pay was told I owed more money. Later when trying to remove toe nail polish, turns out it was shellac, which I never agreed to. Went to another nail salon to have it removed and found one toe had an infection. I had my nails done here for the 3rd time. Each time the price was more for the same service. I was not made aware of the extra charge for a cat’s eye which I was not charged for the second time I went. I do not recommend this place
Nail polish was so old it looks two toned. Sloppy application. Would never go back.
Walked in and got in right away, and she did a great job.
