While the husband was doing my toes, he answered the phone in regards to a lady that had a broken nail and told his wife that she would be coming to fix it. They both giggled in a condescending way not to mention my toes look terrible after I ask him to curve my French or clean the edges he said I would clean them and never did. I have been going to Kim for about a year. Not only is she fast as can be. My nails are always absolutely perfect! The thing that impresses me the most about Kim is that she is always busy and yet she knows every client’s name that comes through the door! You would think you’re in a little small town nail salon! I highly recommend Kim at Cali Nails!
I came here for a mani/pedi and got up and left mid pedicure. Not only did she burn my feet with scorching hot water (mind you i have a high tolerance for hot water, this water was way too hot.) the lady cut my nails so short my toes are bleeding. Stay away.
So I went today for the first time ever I was so disappointed with the previous salon that did my nails and I came in a panic here due to my friend recommending me to them. I called to see if they take walk ins and they do so I went in showed them what my nails looked like and what my inspiration picture was and they did just that they fixed my nails. I was on the verge of tears because of what the previous nail salon had did. I wish I had remembered the nail techs name! I will most definitely be going back. I’m getting marr... read more
