Terrible service. Owner cut my skin 3x. Refused to issue partial refund. Left gel polish all over my skin. And missed putting gel polish on a portion of my nails. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE. Customers got up and left once they saw how to owner was treating me.

Do not recommend at all. Very poor communication skills, very poor general skills. My nails were getting done for my high school graduation and the “nail tech” would not listen to my requests and did my French tips extremely uneven including the design and the shape. She was very rough when filing down the nails as well. Do not recommend

I went there a few times. Not great. Went somewhere else to realize they were horrible. Recently Went to have my acrylics removed. She took it down to my nail bed. Raw and sore.the need more training. Also rude. Twisting my fingers aggressively. No talking or even a smile. Same on you. I wanted to support a business in the mall where I work. Clean up your act. Training is important .

It was a horrible time they were mean and not professional at all they make fun of my condition, they did a horrible job too my nail end it up looking like a 4 year child did it for me . When I call to make a complaint the owner also was not helpful .
