At first glance, I really liked my nails. Whenever I got home, I started noticing all of the imperfections to my acrylics. I've never had an issue like this at any other nail salon, and trusting the fact that I overpaid to get them done in River Ranch angers me.
Got my nails done Thursday, and by the following Tuesday, 5 nails were broken. I got dip powder. Terrible quality. Would not recommend wasting your money for a result that will not even last a full week. Poor color selection. Staff was rather unwelcoming also. Burnt SEVERAL of my friend’s cuticles with electric file.
Ive never wrote a review on a business much less a bad one but...Never....Will I ever come back here. Service was rushed. I asked to do nails and toes and spent less than 30 minutes in the salon. The lady was so rude, all 10 of my nails are all different shapes and lengths. Plus you can still see my nail under the polish. All around horrible.
Went there last week and felt like my man and pedi was completely rushed. I was asked what color I wanted about 20 times while doing my pedi. I was never given a swatch of colors so I was looking on my phone for ideas. my acrylic nails with shellac polish came out terrible. The tech who did my toes attempted to pull out an ingrown toenail or something on my big toe...it has now become infected and extremely painful. I dont ever leave reviews but this was terrible service and I will NEVER be going back!!!
I’m sorry I never want to put down a business, but this is AWFUL. I have never gotten a manicure this bad. The massage she gave me was great, but I basically have no skin around my nails anymore because she used the cuticle cutter 6 times! Also the color is not even the same color that I picked. She put three coats on and you can still see the actual color of my nails underneath. I’m super disappointed. I’m sticking to Luxurious Nails from now on. I tipped her $5 because she is still doing a service, but this is unacceptable... read more
The nails are done so nice and neat! They are beautifully done! Best place In Lafayette! The service is great. They get you done in and out. I always get compliments on my nails from people! Even though some workers can not speak English well they still try, which is very sweet of them. I rather them focus on making my nails look good anyway. Definitely would recommend this place to others and I will definitely come here all the time
It was a wonderful experience, and they did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure.
Rushed service. Dip is already coming off around my cuticles. Had to ask to have them shaved down and they are still super thick. I paid $35 for this and it was an overall blah experience. The girl was far more interested in others coming through the door than my nails and scraped me with the little machine used to toughen the surface of the nail.
