Warning graphic images. Went to Cali nails about a month ago for a gel pedicure. The tecnichian ripped a piece of my skin/nail off with cuticle scissors very painfully. It was bleeding at the time but very little. She assures me it would heal. In a week it was still not healed and was getting worse. Later still I had to be put on antibiotics for the infection.
